In addition to this ‘Help Yourself’ resource, for a gentle introduction to meditation practices I recommend Julian Walker’s 10-day challenge on Youtube.  This is the link to the first video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XV8OmnHOVdk&t=93s and you can find subsequent videos on the right-hand side panel on youtube.  He starts with a 5 minute practice and moves up to 20 minutes over the course of the 10 videos.  He includes some compassion meditations which I really like.
