Free ‘Help Yourself’ online course content
I no longer run any online courses but instead am making the videos from all three courses I created available to anyone who is interested, free of cost. I recommend that you download the ‘Planner’ for the course that you are doing, and the resources listed. Then just click on the link for each video, as you wish. They follow a sequence, but also can be useful as stand-alone information resources.
There are occasional references to ‘attached documents’, audio files, links or other resources. Some you will find in the course ‘Planner’ but some are no longer available to access through this ‘Help Yourself’ portal.

MANAGING STRESS
Course 1: Help Yourself to a Stress Defrag
The goal of this course is to better ‘manage stress’ i.e. to help you recognise and understand your stress response and to build a toolkit of a range of different ways to change your physiological state from a state of stress and overwhelm to one of a clear, calm and focussed mindset.
Course 2: Help Yourself onto an Upward Spiral
The goal of this course is to provide you with more knowledge and strategies to help you to keep your life on a more even keel – and to help you get back up again when things go pear-shaped.
